CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation with 2 or more weeks' notice: $25.00 office fee charged Cancellation with less than 2 weeks' notice: 1 night's accommodation fee will be charged. With less than 3 days notice of cancellation, full price of your stay will be charged.

our  pet policy

We love dogs! Our own dogs aren't perfect and we love them that way. But, on a ranch with many animals, some of whom wander freely, it is very important that your dogs are under control at all times. We have lots of space for off leash walking. Just ask. Also, please! Dogs must not be left unsupervised in a cabin unless you have them crated or by special approval.

When dogs must be left unattended, our box stalls provide a safe alternative. Please bring your own dog beds and extra dog towels when you stay as a guest. We have extra dog blankets as well.
